Colorado DUI Treatment Tracks:

Treatment tracks are determined by three categories: Blood Alcohol Level, Prior DUI Charges, and Clinical Indicators (Prior alcohol and drug related incidents).

Track A: BAC <.15 No Priors, No Clinical Indicators 24 Hours of ED 42 Hours of TX

Track B: BAC >.15/Refusal, No Priors, No CI 24 Hours of ED 52 Hours of TX

Track C: BAC <.15 Prior DUI Charge, No CI 24 Hours of ED 68 Hours of TX

Track D: BAC >.15/Refusal, Prior DUI Charge 24 Hours of ED 86 Hours of TX

Track F: Felony DUI 4 Prior DUI or More 180 Hours of TX Minimum of 18 Mos.
